	* acinclude.m4: Add enable.m4 and cet.m4.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* testsuite/Makefile.in: Likewise.
	* configure: Likewise.
	* configure.ac: Set CET_FLAGS. Update XCFLAGS.
	* testsuite/libvtv.cc/vtv.exp: Add scanlang.exp.
