libjava/libltdl/:
	* configure.ac: Disable libtool support for unused languages,
	to avoid precious FFLAGS recheck cache consistency failure.
	* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
