* configure.ac (AC_CHECK_HEADERS): Add linux/types.h.  Conditionally
	include linux/types.h when checking linux/random.h header.
	* config.h.in: Regenerate.
	* configure: Ditto.
	* src/c++11/random.cc: Conditionally include linux/types.h.
