Robert Dubner 87f354ca75 cobol: Eliminate a run-time structure type that is no longer used.
gcc/cobol/ChangeLog:

	* genapi.h (parser_call_exception_end): Remove obsolete comment.
	* structs.cc (create_cbl_enabled_exception_t):
	Remove cbl_enabled_exception_type_node;
	remove create_cbl_enabled_exception_t().
	(create_our_type_nodes): Likewise.
	* structs.h (GTY): Likewise.
